The German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz, WpPG), which came into force on 1 July 2005, requires all publicly listed stock corporations to provide the general public with a document containing or referring to all information published or otherwise made available to the general public in accordance with market requirements by the issuing company in the previous twelve months. This so-called Annual Document includes all ad hoc announcements, Director's Dealing, annual and quarterly results.
The tables contain a list of all of the disclosures either made available to the general public or published in accordance with the requirements laid down under § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act. The third column of the table provides details of where the relevant information was published or made available and where it may be accessed by the general public. In the event that a document was only published within a specific period, a copy of this document may be requested directly from SANOCHEMIA Pharmazeutika AG.
